At the moment, I hold the position of digital marketing executive in a small marketing agency that works quickly. After earning a certificate in digital marketing, I began working with the company about eight months ago, and I have kept learning regularly. I am responsible for helping senior strategists manage the campaigns, analyse the data, and create successful content. I invest most of my time in SEO, Google Ads, and preparing social media plans. I check all these tools every now and then to find out how the keywords are performing and what the traffic looks like. Part of my job is to create reports about keywords and give on-page SEO recommendations for clients’ websites, such as recommendations for titles, descriptions, links, and page conditions. I also take part in handling paid advertising. I take charge of creating and watching Google Ads and Facebook Ads, which are mainly for e-commerce clients. I check that all costs are used efficiently, keep watch over cost-per-click, and keep track of the conversions resulting from my campaigns. Turning on spreadsheets and ads day after day has definitely improved my ability to spot details. Another large part of what I do involves arranging content for the week. I create social media calendars, come up with creative ideas with the design department, and come up with short phrases that represent the brand’s style. I also help with email marketing by using Mailchimp to set up campaigns that meet the client’s aims. I find it most interesting to study the results of digital marketing campaigns and find out how even little tweaks can make them more effective. Our accomplishments were clearer and more valuable when we corrected the targeting of our ads and improved their messaging in a local brand campaign. Being able to see data’s influence makes working fun. I'm still learning every day. I try to block time during the week to go through marketing blogs, case studies, and Google Skillshop modules to stay updated on trends and algorithm changes. I'm also preparing to take the Google Ads certification soon. I enjoy exploring and writing about digital marketing information. I’m thrilled to have this platform to share my insights and connect with others! Looking ahead, I’d love to specialize in performance marketing or digital strategy. But right now, I’m focused on building a strong base—understanding user behavior, testing ideas, and helping businesses grow through digital mediums.
